Methodology
Steve draws on his academic, entertainment, and professional resources to ensure that the licensee nor the instructor falls asleep during class. Steve's classes are always informative and entertaining.  His teaching style has been referred to as "edutainment."  

Punctuality
If, for any reason, you arrive ten minutes after the instruction begins, you will not receive a Certificate of Attendance and earn education credits.  The instructor has absolutely no discretion in this matter.  This is mandated by the Nevada Real Estate Division. 

Since late arrivals can be and often are disruptive, the instructor reserves the right to prohibit any student from entering the classroom who arrives after the class has started, even if they are within the ten minute grace period allowed per NRED regulations referenced above.   All classes start and end on time! Show up early!

Refreshments   
Steve will provide bottled water and a healthy snack. Regular and decaffeinated coffee will be available.  Some locations have vending machines for snacks and/or beverages. Students may bring food and beverages into the classroom. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

Temperature Control
We set room temperature at 72 degrees fahrenheit.  However, oftentimes, students and/or the instructor are forming stalagtites or stalagmites, the next minute they're sweating bullets.  It's difficult to get a controlled climate and even more difficult to please everyone.  Wear clothing that offers flexibility to changing temperature conditions.
